The first 30 days are free, no card needed. You get the full shelf reading, daily Mirror Check, and your 30-day plan.

Plus ($29/month or $290/year) is where the loop keeps going past Day 30 — Mirror Check forever, the universal scanner for any single product, Priscilla's unfiltered notes, and the full Method on tap. Cancel anytime.

You photograph your shelf. Our analysis partner reads each product, cross-checks it against your skin type, top concern, climate, and the rest of your routine, and grades each one green / amber / red. You see the why behind every grade.

A daily selfie in natural light. We read what your skin is doing right now — barrier state, tone, calmness — and tie that to your shelf so the next day's focus is honest. The point is trajectory across weeks, not perfection on any one day.

Into private storage on Supabase that only your account can read. They are sent briefly to our analysis partner (Anthropic) for the reading, then dropped. They are never used to train models, never shared, and never sold. Full detail in our privacy policy.

Yes. From your Profile screen, scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account.” That removes your account, your photos, your check-ins, and your readings. It cannot be undone.

Not in a hard-sell way. The shelf reading shows what works on your shelf already. The recommendations point to categories you might be missing (e.g. a barrier moisturiser) before specific products. Priscilla's notes name names when she means it.

For anyone with skin. The questions about cycle and hormones are opt-in. Most of the method is universal — barrier first, climate matters, less is often more.

No. BeFound is education and guidance, not a diagnosis. If you have a skin condition that is painful, spreading, or not improving, please see a qualified medical professional.

Yes. From your settings or by writing to hello@befoundstudios.com. Cancellations stop future charges. Refund requests are read in good faith.
