BeFound Studios is a Singapore skincare practice. The app reads your shelf and your skin to help you see what is working and what is not. It is a guidance tool, not a medical service.

We are not your doctor or your dermatologist. The readings, recommendations, and notes inside the app are educational. If you have a skin condition that is painful, spreading, or not improving, please see a qualified medical professional. Stop using anything that gives you a real reaction.

You are responsible for the account you create, the photos you upload, and the answers you give us. Use real information. Do not share an account with anyone else. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

You own your photos. By uploading them you grant us permission to store them, send them to our analysis partner (Anthropic) for reading, and show them back to you in the app. We do not use them for marketing without asking you first. We do not sell them.

Plus and Studio are paid plans. Prices are shown in the app. You can cancel anytime from your settings or by writing to us. Cancellations stop future charges; we do not refund partial months by default but we will look at refund requests in good faith.

Receipts are emailed when you pay. If a payment fails, we will try a couple more times before pausing your access.

Use BeFound for your own skincare. Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute the app, the readings, or Priscilla's notes for commercial purposes. Do not upload other people's photos without their consent.

BeFound will not always be perfect, fast, or available. We work hard to keep it that way, but we cannot promise it. The readings are based on information you provide and on AI analysis, which can be wrong. Always use your own judgement when something feels off.

To the extent the law allows, BeFound Studios is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or losses caused by relying on the app. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms now and then. If a change is material, we will let you know inside the app. Continuing to use BeFound after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly will go to the Singapore courts.
